Minutes

1. Announcements, Minutes from Previous Meeting, Action Items:
1. ePIC Collaboration Meeting: coming up, Jan 20-23.  Activities: HGCROC Workfest, Calo Workfest.  Will attend in person: Maria, Sylvester, Bobae, Norbert, Adrien, Minho, Manoj.  URegina and Korea may connect via Zoom if the workfests are hybrid.
2. Beam Tests: In Hall D we have been assigned the last two weeks in March, and 2nd and 3rd week in August. CERN is also 3rd week of August.  Realistic scenario may mean that we will need to split efforts and cover both Hall D and CERN at the same time.
3. Annual BIC Workshop: will be held near the start of May; a survey will be sent out.
2. Reports: 
1. ORNL: 3 HGCROC boards produces, 2 being tested at ANL, 1 and ORNL. Gabor and Miklosh are preparing summing boards (4x4, 1x1 signals per SiPM array) to be tested and then will proceed to the adapter board for the Baby BCAL. 
2. URegina: Delay to Aram boards on BIC (mechanical issues on mounting). This should be fixed within a week and then tested in URegina, and then sent to to ANL.
3. ANL:  Testing HGCROC ongoing, now 36 channels available because LFHCAL is using our boards for post beam-test tests. We will need 3 more SiMP boards and SiPMs to instrument SFILS (can they be with mini SiPM boards for easy swapping not reflowing? 
4. Discussion with Norbert and Martin on Thu regarding AstroPix in RCDAQ.
5. Any other business: None.
3. Action Items:
1. Prepare list of questions regarding the trigger/beamtest in Hall D for Sasha (Maria).
2. Update list of items needed for the Hall D beamtest for the next meeting (Maria).
3. Discuss with Sylvester how many SFILs can be build for the beam tests (Zisis/Maria during GTL meeting).
4. Next meetings: 
1. Next week during the Systems Testing meeting: Zisis will present the 2023 Hall D setup and lessons learned, Bobae will have an updated on KEK measurements, and Maria will have the update on needed items, planning, and priorities.
