scheduled discussions on action item tracker (February 12) 20m

      Dear TOF consortium ,

We should meet to discuss about the progress on TOF action tracker

      https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/y3jj66yax7c05rtf2g258/TOF_Schedule_activities_v1.xlsx?rlkey=7532tcaf8f1z69h4wp37nbtfq&st=j133n88y&dl=0

I am planning to call for meeting on Wednesday of February 11, 2026 @ 10:30 AM (EST) which was usually the time for TOF general meeting. Unfortunately, there has not been any entry in the progress section of the action tracker. We need to touch base on progress on the following action items

We have discussed BTOF last week, and this week if FTOF experts are available

      FTOF :

      ASIC and sensor heaters construction
Assemble second module based on module V1 with heaters
      Thermal testing on module v2

@Benoit, Mathieu all the listed activities has start date of on or after 10/30/2025. I suppose activities before that dates are finished so please update the action tracker with the appropriate "Status"

      Pixel Sensors :

Population of "etched" assembly for IJCLab testing
Testing (TCT and Sr-90) of etched assembly

I will send out the zoom invite soon.

      Best regards,
      Surabhi

      AC-LGAD WG discussions 20m

      Hey everyone,

We will have an AC-LGAD working group discussion during the TOF meeting tomorrow night. There is a dedicated Indico for the AC-LGAD portion of the meeting: https://indico.bnl.gov/event/31413/

The TOF agenda has some large blocks for initial discussion of TOF topics, but please plan to join from the beginning of the meeting for the AC-LGAD topics in case we start the AC-LGAD part earlier.

      The agenda for this week:
updates on testbeam efforts in Japan (from DESY beam, and upcoming March campaign)
Discuss needs for a successful teatbeam campaign at SPS in early Summer.
We have not gotten final confirmation of our SPS request, but I do see our activity number on the preliminary schedule in the timeline we requested, we are just awaiting confirmation of the final schedule.
In addition to this discussion, it would be good for all institutions actively working on AC-LGADs in some form or fashion to present a 5-10 minute update on your efforts (we may not get to everyone’s slides, so please put any relevant information there to look at offline).

I have a few institutions already populated on the Indico, but please let me know if you have something to present and I will add you.

If you are unable to attend the meeting at this timeslot, please let me know, but still provide some slides to put onto the Indico so people can at least see your status (even a single slide with some bullet points is enough).

      Looking forward to discussing tomorrow.

      Best,

      Alex
