Description

Back to Agenda

All students and post-docs are invited to submit posters exhibiting their research for the Poster Session to be held during the RHIC & AGS Annual Users' Meeting. More information can be found here: https://www.bnl.gov/aum2021/posterSession/

Presenters: (plan to login 10-15 minutes early to get situated) Please go to the Zoom link, and wait to be let into the session by the host. The host will then point you to your correct “breakout” room, which will be labeled by your name. This will then function essentially as a private Zoom room where you can share your screen and present your poster as people come in and out of the breakout room.

Audience: Please download the poster list at the link below. Click on the Zoom link and wait to be let into the main Zoom session by the host. Once into the Zoom session, you can click “breakout rooms” and find the name of the presenter(s) you want to see. Each presenter will have their own breakout room for their poster.
