Description

I will give a short overview what it takes to digitize a bosonic quantum field theory. Starting from a seminal paper Jordan, Lee and Preskill,I will discuss different qubit mappings. I will then discuss how to set up a simple scattering problem, including quantum algorithms for initial state preparation, time evolution and measurement.
