Retiring the old NX services May 4th, users informed for using the new NX service.

Replacing rcf3.rhic.bnl.gov

Data transfers - Replacing rftpexp.rhic.bnl.gov

                       - sftp.sdcc.bnl.gov - rsync will not work. Globus can be used for recursive copy

Invenio - test release features

Website discussions/feedback - support requests through RT,  public MatterMost channel for discussion on new website.
