- Staring with Rachel presenting her slides.

- Peter is going to request a channel in discourse for the exclusive group and let us know when it is ready to go. 

- Peter suggests to have a campaign to look at functionality of the far-forward detector coordinating with Jin and Alex.  The issue is that these detectors are implemented only as boxes for acceptance studies (not with actual functionality). Also far-forward are only here for the IP6 not yet for IP8

- 1.5 versus 3 T brought up by Stuart. We are not talking about ecce with a 3T but preparing ammunition for the comment that the 1.5T is limiting the reach of ECCE.

- DVMP : Tanja: do not forget that pion and kaon DVMP is been looked at by  Garth Huber’s group . Do not forget to include photo and electro production as well as small and large t

- DVCS 3d imaging plot suggested from Tanja for ep DVCS as a priority

- Move on to updates from round table:

  • Justin Frantz: 
    • right now trying to work with 3 different generators (Sartre, e starlight and DVMP) . do pre-generated sample exists?  we  should strive to be able to generate our own samples? Julie will talk to Garth to get DVMP to work (and maybe attract them to our group). 
    • 1.5/3T magnet. Tanja: we should focus on what can be done with the 1.5 T magnet but we should show what physics would be lost compared to 3T.  
    • the diffractive group is very focused on the tagging system.  Rachel and Julie should coordinate with Bill and Alex  so  we can focus  on the PID and the forward end-cap.
  • Peter Steinberg:
    • looked at Sartre J/Psi . Not sure what version, not sure if it is electron or photon.
    • ep versus eAu.  Only diffractive peak in e+Au. but the large t tail is the same 
    • Justin: what energy should we run?  from Tanja:  https://wiki.bnl.gov/eicug/index.php/Yellow_Report_Physics_Common  under the PAVIA heading.   Every processes have to decide which of these is more beneficial. 
  • Igor:
    • waiting to hear about MILOU3D and BNL account access to get pre-generated files to start doing simulation.

    • starting to explore the TOPEG generator
