EIC Science and Software

All scientists of all levels worldwide should be enabled to participate actively in the science of the Electron-Ion Collider. To achieve this goal, we need to understand the requirements of the community on the data analysis software and workflows first and foremost. 

Software Town Hall

We invite you to the first Software Town Hall on Thursday, June 3, at 11:00 a.m. (EDT). The idea of the event is to allow anyone in the EIC community a chance to share past experiences or suggest requirements for EIC Software in an open environment.

• If you would like to join in the discussion, please register. 

• If you would like to present at the Software Town Hall, please register and contact Markus Diefenthaler or Tom Hemmick. They will assign you a time slot so that you can upload your presentation prior to the meeting.

• Please note Developers of EIC Software and related software packages have presented at previous events. The intention of the Software Town Hall is to facilitate flow of information from the users to the developers. Contributions are encouraged in this spirit.
