DRC
-
Electron vs photon seperation? technically impossible.
-
Detailed discussion about the collision point and gamma/pi0 separation (see the recording)
-
Timeline for Fun4All simulation?
-
Major issues is to implement key4hep and optical propagation in Fun4All, which would take a couple of months
-
More manpower support would be very appreciated
-
DRC for fun4all
-
memory consumption? simulation is easier because it's not projective (4Gb)
-
Geometry takes 50Mb only. In full simulation maybe the non-projective version would be enough for the study
-
stochastic resolution coefficient 16% seems to be too optimistic, maybe due to the absence of the optical property in simulation
EMCal: electron simulation for barrel and endcap
-
(SciClass) 50 cm would be bare maximum depth
-
Will update resolution formula by replacing the arithmetic sum of terms into summing in quadrature
-
MIP for pion in Calo is around 0.3GeV
-
Next to do is pion/photon seperation study
Etc.
-
Ask Fredi for any question about managing code in github. A tutorial will be uploaded in twiki
