We reviewed the minutes from the last meeting - no comments (all items were followed).

We discussed the ongoing productions (3 of them ongoing). Transfer to S3 remains smooth and no limitations found so far.

There was a workshop the week before for ECCE users. Wondered if users could be informed of the ROOT/S3 file access synatx (David confirmed he tried and it worked). A question was asked on whether partial file access is supported: the answer is YES because if you plot X:Y, the time it takes is much lower than downloading the whole file.

We discussed the GPF usage/ GPF)2 is the space for data (i.e. /gpfs02/eic/DATA  - this is currently 78% full). A question was asked on if we have monitoring for GPFS. We do not have detailed monitoring like S3 (separating ATHENA and ECCE) but we do have general space monitoring at https://network.sdcc.bnl.gov/Facility/GCE/GPFS/  (you need to browse to the proper volume and you can see the usage by users).
