Present: Bill Lee, Dhevan Gangadharen, Michael Murray, Yuji Goto, Igor Korover,

Dhevan Gangadharan and Bill are working on the precise alignment of the Roman Pots and working on the 10 sigma ellipse.

Alex gave a rough estimate of 1mm in Y, 3 sigma in X for IP8. IP6 may be smaller.

Bill commented about Sasha's work to get dead material. But now it needs to get into validated form. Next step is to push it into the default build.

>>> Todo: Check weather dead material is a solid disk or does it have a reasonable shape.

There is a similar issue with Quan's PbW08.

Far Backward: Derek  Blazer is waiting for his postdoc to get back. Next week should be able to get pseudo- rapidity coverage low Q squared tagger and then we put in a virtual detector.

After we refine B0 and Roman pots somewhat we should invite the fiber tracker group to present.
