add meeting
A few members can add a meeting, ask if you want to be included
The easiest way is to clone an existing meeting to keep the same setting
If create new, make sure go to protection -> Modification key (send with email meeting announcement,ask anyone if you don't know) -> change so that it can be edit by anyone
add file
anyone with or without account can edit a meeting's agenda and then upload the talk with pass phrase (send with email meeting announcement,ask anyone if you don't know)
go to a particular meeting page and click the pencil icon on top
click "timetable" on left
click "add new" on right and choose "contribution"
fill a "title" and click "add"
click on the new entry and choose "edit"
click "material" and then "add material"
then browse and add your file
