Log4j vulnerabilities/remediations: minimal issues in Farm and dCache

AFS updates combined with Shared Pool kernel and Condor in Jan

Federated jupyter: update the IPA custom fields -SDCCEPPN -  alias multiple IDs

rftpexp servers retire, replaced by sftp servers

AFS : Read access change, restart not required, clients will have to klog for reading access also

ATLAS dCache: Endit plugin for HPSS and TSM
