Quantum error mitigation: Techniques, results, and practical tools

I will give an overview of quantum error mitigation including a survey of techniques & experimental results as well as practical tools to apply these techniques. I will touch on work I have authored [1-5], software for error mitigation [6-7], and select other literature [8-10].
