Description
We present the recent progress in sensor research and development for silicon strip tracking detector in ATLAS experiment phase two upgrade. In the first part of the seminar, the research for a new concept of silicon strip detector using high-voltage CMOS technology will be discussed and the first result of testing high-voltage CMOS sensor for strip detector application will be shown. The recent results of conventional silicon strip sensors performance in high radiation environment will be presented in the second part of the seminar.
