Description
Supersymmetry is arguably the most promising theory for physics beyond the Standard Model. In this talk I review searches for Supersymmetry in the 8 TeV proton-proton collision data delivered by the LHC and collected by the ATLAS detector with a focus on electro-weakinos. The discovery potential is expected to significantly increase at the High-Luminosity LHC providing 3000/fb at 14 TeV. I will present plans for the upgrade of the ATLAS detector, its expected performance as well as the physics prospects.
