09:36:53	 From  Ullrich,Thomas S : I am not 100% sure but I think the yield of sensors on a waver is around 90%. So if you have a stitched sensor all sensors have to be perfect, so 0.9^N. Now I do not know how many sensors fit on a waver (N ~ 5?).
