09:32:55 From John Lajoie : Thanks for the explanation, Thomas. What drives the low yield for the ITS3. Is it the thinning? Is there any thought if it would be possible to back off on the thinning and get something intermediate - better yield and not as think. Just spitballing here. 09:36:53 From Ullrich,Thomas S : I am not 100% sure but I think the yield of sensors on a waver is around 90%. So if you have a stitched sensor all sensors have to be perfect, so 0.9^N. Now I do not know how many sensors fit on a waver (N ~ 5?). 09:38:51 From John Lajoie : Thanks - I'm not an expert so I'll leave this to them. But I think it is clear that this will be the challenge to the tracking group - it will be critical to achieve as low a mass tracker as possible to get the best momentum resolution. 09:59:32 From Silvia Dalla Torre (INFN-Trieste) : @ all speakers with slides: PLEASE, upload them to the INDICO page THANK YOU 09:59:48 From Xuan Li to Jin Huang(Direct Message) : Hi Jin, did you send some message to me, I’m sorry I might lose them. 10:00:01 From Jin Huang to Xuan Li(Direct Message) : I did not. But glad you are safe :) 10:03:22 From Xuan Li to Jin Huang(Direct Message) : Hi Jin, thanks for your great support and inputs. I will contact you later for the simulation studies. we may still have to leave the town anytime once the evacuation is ordered.
