FELIX Testing

• Currently testing board 4 of 8
  • Running iBERT now
• Takes < 3h per test
  • Includes shutdown and removal of the previous board, initial flashes, and reboots
• We see consistent failures when testing the FELIX buffer
  • I got in contact with test developers at CERN and they requested more information
• We also see an error about the SMBus
  • "ERROR: No riser card SMBus found!"
• Could finish tests tomorrow (or Monday morning)

Stave Testing

• Began testing MVTX staves yesterday
  • Currently on stave 4 of 9
  • Aim to finish tests tomorrow (or Monday morning)
• All staves tested are still silver and results mostly match LBL test results
  • One stave had a test go from silver to gold at BNL (Digital scan BB, 0V, -10%)

• 5 long detector cables (2E1 to PP3) arrived @ LBL
  • Expect 5 more to be sent to LBL
  • Trying to speed up the manufacturing process
• Start the epoxy application to the PCB and Fischer connectors for the short detector cables (PP3-PP2)
  • applying epoxy so that we can put a strain relief without constraints
  • Can apply the epoxy to ~ 5 cables at a time for curing
• Power cables for 2E3-2E1 produced
• Still needs
  • PT100, CANBUS, RB (from 2E3 to 2E1), Sense
