Meeting minutes:

1. The EPIC tracking WIKI page has been updated and the link is the following:

https://wiki.bnl.gov/EPIC/index.php?title=Tracking#Simulation_tasks%3A

Please feel free to contact us for any corrections and/or updates.

2. Two detector geometry options for the October simulation campion:

We discussed the motivations for the two detector configurations and we will study the impacts on the tracking performance for both configurations. Concerns about potential conflicts on the integration have been raised.

There are minutes attached to this event. Show them.
    • 11:00 11:30
      Task list and status 30m

EPIC tracking task list in WIKI:https://wiki.bnl.gov/EPIC/index.php?title=Tracking#Tasks_list

    • 11:30 12:00
Inputs and feedback for the EPIC October simulation campion 30m

A preliminary example of the detector configurations can be found in the slide no. 9
of the "SC Updates and Plans" talk at the ePIC General Meeting on 9/20
      (https://indico.bnl.gov/event/16028/).

Please, in preparing for the meeting, consider the following questions:
What are the one or max two detector configurations WG propose to be included in the two simulation production setup.
Whether the current detector envelop (database + Rolf’s presentation at the 9/19 GD/I meeting) is sufficient, if not, what adjustment is proposed
Whether the proposed subsystem setup(s) are available in the new software stack for (1) simulation (2) digitization (3) reconstruction. If not, a realistic estimation of the state to be run in the Oct simulation campaign.
