Collider experiments are the driving force of modern particle physics and offer the most diverse physics program. Precision tests of the Standard Model constitute this program's most significant part and rely on exceptional control over the theoretical predictions.
Recent years have seen tremendous progress in crossing the boundaries of conceptual obstacles and technical challenges in precision computations. In my talk, I will review the surprising phenomenology uncovered by the recently computed third-order corrections for hadron-initiated processes. I will also discuss how modern techniques allow us to explore the all-order structure of logarithmically enhanced effects, which are crucial for current and future colliders.
