Description

This presentation will focus on recent STAR results for flow, flow correlations, and flow fluctuations in collisions of U+U at 193 GeV, Cu+Au at  200 GeV, and Au+Au spanning the energy range of 11.5 - 200 GeV. I will discuss the implication of these measurements as constraints for initial and final state effects in these collisions. Such constraints are crucial for accurately extracting the QGP's transport properties.
