1. Tracking QA plots by Shujie:

Shujie disucssed the list of the tracking QA plots for the simulation production. Suggested to study the DIS events in addition to single particle events and separate the expert plots and general plot

2. Realistic seeding study by Barak:

Barak has updated the seed finder with realist seeding within the ACTS algorithm and tested with single particle simulation. Found kinematic acceptance biases in the current configuration. Compared the track Chi2 and momentum resolution between realistic and truth seeding. Further tuning of the various parameters is under way. Suggested to study the performance in DIS events and with backgrounds.

3. Issues found in tracking reconstruction by Brian:

Brian noticed some fractions of the reconstructed tracks did not have an associated particle. Found the particle-track matching criteria has a momentum matching cut (difference between the two <10%). Opened an issue #450 to address this. Use simulation tag 22.11.3, Brycecanyon and 18X275 simulation for the relevant studies.

i) Compared the reco p VS eta w/ and w/o the momentum matching cut and suggest to remove the momentum matching cuts to achieve better kinematic coverage for reconstruction. Tracks.

ii) Suggest to loose the delta phi<0.3 cut for high eta track reconstruction.

iii) Also found duplicate tracks in the particle-track matching and request to remoce these duplicated tracks.
