10:00 → 10:20 Multi hits in seeding

1. reject secondaries in EICrecon
2. pixel clusterization

current mcparticle cut on secondary: 10 MeV. Particles with lower energy will still propagate and generate hits on detector volumes (with non-zero quality index) but the particle itself will not be saved. 

suggestion: use 0 MeV to save all secondaries for diagnostic purpose

10:20 → 10:40 Raw hits to mcparticle association
