2 DIscussion on RUCIO

1) What data should be on the RUCIO service?

        - All of XRootD accessible files should be on RUCIO 

2) What data do we want to mirror on BNL xrootd?

       - Need it to be totally identical to JLAB

3) Given that we have xrootd at both BNL and JLAB, should we drop S3?

       -  May be useful to keep S3 as backup
