Since Rachid reported some news on the work plan, the plan in the slides is obsolete.

• Cable connections (ROC power, FPHX power, bias, data fibers, slow control fiers, cables for clock boards, i.e., everything except the conversion cables) are connected by Dan and Jeff.
• The last 5 days in the given periods (Jan 4 -- Jan 25 and Feb 8 -- Mar 8 in the slide. These can be changed) are for the ladder tests. It means the works for ROC/ladder (at least ROC) cooling will be done by Rob right after the cable connections without any delay.
