The study of heavy hadrons is passing through an incredible era with the discovery of numerous heavy subatomic particles, including exotic hadrons. This resurgence has sparked scientific interest in exploring the energy spectra and decay properties of heavy hadrons. In this talk, I will first present our recent results on the energy spectra of regular heavy hadrons obtained using lattice QCD, and discuss the potential for future discoveries. In the second part, I will focus on the energy spectra of various exotic hadrons—such as tetraquarks, pentaquarks, dibaryons, and heavy nuclei—that contain one or more heavy quarks, examining their implications and prospects for future discoveries.
