Weekly ePIC TOF Coordinators/DSL meeting on cost/schedule and plans

11:00 → 11:20 news and updates

Matthew and Jenni are moving to new positions.
Jennifer will stay with ePIC and TOF project.
Simone is taking over Mathew's responsibility at UCSC.

Andy cannot join any of our meetings.
Do we create another one specifically on mechanics and support?
Change the coordinator's time slot?

11:20 → 11:40 fibers and VTRx

Uncertainty leads to the discrepancy.

BTOF 144 staves with two-end readout, 2x144=288
FTOF 64x2 = 128 or 208 total
this means we need VTRx and fiber: 288+208 = 496,
Wei originally put in the request to Fernando for 400,
it appears that 600 is required. Wei made this change to Fernando.
But the original one was already submitted to project. We will see
if this could be updated.

Hello Wei,

It is not possible to increase the number of VTRX+.

According to Elke, the TOF cannot be read out from both sides because there is no space available (services, etc.)
