The factor of 2 could be interpreted as two sides A slide I presented at the TIC meeting on 5/22/2023 also clearly indicated TOF services are from both sides. This was the time when the project asked the detector subsystems to provide inputs for integration, and the TIC meeting on 5/22 was specifically to discuss the PID integration status.
