A short summary:

Decision: we bring services in from both sides

Urgently needed: a layout of the readout chain with definition of dimensions of the different pieces in the readout chain
Update linked excel-sheet for services and cooling
One needs to fix the requirement on the material requirement à simulations

To check where is the engagement ring sitting, would be good to align it with the Micromegas or not à simulations
