Minutes

1. Updates / Announcements:
1. Green Team Leaders Meeting is going on now (March 3 and 4).  Zisis showed the project Management tool (Merlin) and spoke that planning for all aspects of the project is being discussed, including work on the interface document.
2. A BIC workshop is planned at ANL for April 9-11.  Please watch the emails on this.
2. Minutes: The February 18 minutes were reviewed: https://indico.bnl.gov/event/26320/
3. Action Items: Maria shared the Regina SiPM board schematics with Shinhyung.
4. AOB:
1. Sylvester mentioned that we are missing key elements for a complete electrical system design flow and we will try to ensure that all experts are present during the April BIC workshop to try to finalize this.
2. Maria has communicated with Norbert on the HGCROC for the Baby BCAL.  Norbert will need interface envelope information from Regina on the ESB dimensions.
3. Maria has communicated with Freddie (LFHCAL) who is planning a SiPM test station with her Hungarian colleagues.  We should coordinate with her on our SiPM tests, using the BCAL protocols as a starting point.  BIC could contribute personnel for this.
5. The next meeting will be on March 18. Presentations and updates are encouraged.
