INTT meeting 

Update on the online monitoring instruction : Genki
 + shifter don't need to check the BCO diff plot.
   All agreed


Beam Test review for publication : ChengWei
 + BeamTest results from ELPH
   - intended to submit NIM
   - don't spend too much additional time for this publication
   - Order to publish is This paper -> Barrel NIM  

 + reanalyze beam test data to double-check/improve previous results
   + DAC scan 
     - question: normalization between scan2 and 3 might be issue. need to have answer
         need to assign systematic uncertainty
   + detector efficiency : Genki will double-check too

 + New topics needs to be discussed if should be included in paper or not
   + scattering distribution compared with MC
   + track reconstruction using data taken with lead plate 
  

Pedestal Test after the Chiller Repair : Ryotaro
 + pedestal data to check the detector status after the cooling problem was fixed.
    - Ryotaro and Mahiro learnt how to run the INTT
 + result looks OK. Detector condition is the same with the previous 


Initial Stage presentation:
 + Tomoki : half entry issue.
 + Takahiro : something related to charged hadron 
 + ChengWei: dN/deta 
 + Yuko :  charged hadron correlation
 + Ryotaro : mixup + summary ?

 other possible poster will be from NWU.
 Takashi will discuss with students offline, then send the result to the list.
