Dear Alex, Annalisa and Kondo,
As last year, we would like to schedule presentations of subsystems that plan for major beam test 
campaigns at the TIC meetings, so that potential issues can be identified early on.

To that end, would you be available to present on your CERN beam time preparation plans at the 
TIC meeting on April 27th?

We have prepared a short set of "charge questions" that we would kindly ask you to orient yourself 
on:

 *  Do you have all necessary hardware (components) available, and if not what is the timeline to 
receive them? 
 *  Is the readout electronics and corresponding readout software running in the lab and thoroughly 
tested? 
 *  What type of "live QA" software do you have that helps you build confidence during the beam 
time that you are taking good data? 
 *  Describe your scientific goals and the specific measurements and parameter scans required to 
fulfill it. 
 *  What is the status of data analysis of previous beam tests? Which insights of previous beam 
tests are required to guarantee success of the upcoming beam test?
 * Which components are matched to the ePIC detector design, and which ones are being used as 
intermediate/ad hoc solutions?
