Minutes

1. Announcements, Minutes from Previous Meeting, Action Items:
1. Beam tests: Maria showed slides on the proposed parasitic beam tests at Hall D/JLab.  Maria and Zisis filled out the JLab beam test spreadsheet and sent it to Yulia Furletova who is coordinating these at JLab. Zisis will send in a few updates to this sheet.  We anticipate a notice to present a single slide with our objectives and setup in December. We need additional information on the PS trigger a timestamp.  A TTL signal can be sent into HGCROC. We will also need network access.  HallD T
2. Funding: Maria reiterated the flat funding for this year with limited M&S and travel funds available. 
3. Meetings: 
1. The 2nd joint Korean-N.American management meeting took place on November 21. The cancelled ePIC meeting at Vancouver was discussed and there seemed to be some interest in creating a dedicated BIC workshop then.  Zisis will touch base with the Canadian organizers and see if this is still possible.
4.  
1. Norbert mentioned that there are plans to have a CALOROC session at the ePIC Collaboration meeting at BNL.  Discussion items should include dynamic range required, MIP peak, etc, for the SiPMs of BIC.
5. News: Zisis mentioned that he wrote a short article for the Canadian Institute for Nuclear Physics newsletter, regarding the ESB work on all fronts.

1. Zisis to gather additional info from Hall D on trigger, etc. 
2. Zisis to discuss the Vancouver meeting with Wouter.

5. Next meetings: 
1. Next joint meeting between Systems Testing and ESB & DAQ will have ETCs as the main subject, discussing connections to AstroLinx and requirements to HDCROC.
