Pre-TDR Assignments: - Sam: neutron efficiency - Tianhao: Simulation vs. CMS data, impact of tile uniformity - Maria: intro/overview of design optimization - UIUC: Updates to muon ID and muon plots - Leszek: updates to sampling fraction and geometry description.
