Working dinner to continue discussions of the contributions made by the RHIC/STAR program to our understanding of Hot and Cold QCD over the last 25 years. In addition we will further develop ideas for studies STAR can perform in the next decade using the wealth of data in hand to further advance the field of high-energy nuclear physics.
