- One week of C-AD commissioning and one week of sPHENIX commissioning is proposed by PAC meeting.
- Higher luminosity is higher priority for p+p run than higher polarization.

- Please give us your thought on what we need for the p+p commissioning

- Also if you need any special Au+Au run, please let us know.
-- Maybe a half field run would be useful for the calibration and low-pT particle.

- In Slide 3, the right is based of survey, and the left plot is after alignment correction, which is the latest geometry file.

-- This alignment is based on both field on and filed off data.

-- The relative alignment to the MVTX is good.

- Joseph will revisit the alignment especially for the ladder at a strange position.

-- Is cosmic data useful?

- To get a narrower residual distribution doesn't necessary mean the geometry parameter is correct.

- There must be gap in the INTT barrel geometry because the half barrels couldn't be completely closed during installation.
