Minutes
- Announcements: Maria and Zisis are working on the Hall D parasitic beam test request.
- ETC: Regina gave a high level description of the work and scope. Input needed: footprint and connections. Maria mentioned that we need to work on the “envelopes” of everything in the ESB. Once we have a decent idea, that information is passed on to the Project at BNL and from then on they crate an Interface Control Document (with revisions and tracking approved by the Project). Norbert mentioned that there will a CALOROC workfest during the ePIC Collaboration meeting in January 2026. Also, that the ORNL and NASA electronics engineers should get together (in Washington?) to figure out a design. Finally, Maria added that a BIC workshop is planned for the spring, but no dates have been fixed yet.
- Reports and updates:
- Aram’s SiPM boards should arrive in Regina before Xmas. These will be tested there and then shipped to ANL for more tests.
- Also, Norbert sent to ANL a SiPM connection board for the HGCROC.
- We all need to plan how we will do the DAQ and readout at Hall D. Zisis will collect information on the Pair Spectrometer and we will discuss this at the next System Testing meeting.
- The next meeting will be on December 16 (System Testing). Presentations and updates are encouraged.
