DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Andreas Papaefstathiou (Kennesaw State University)\n
\nSearches for multi-scalar boson production processes will provide powerf
ul constraints on the Standard Model (SM) and on well-motivated extensions
thereof. Within the SM\, Higgs boson pair and triple production offer a u
nique opportunity to probe the shape of the scalar potential through direc
t measurements of the Higgs boson self-couplings. Beyond the SM\, multi-Hi
ggs boson processes and associated production with additional scalars prov
ide crucial sensitivity to extended scalar sectors\, which may be central
in understanding the nature of dark matter\, or verifying the mechanism of
electroweak baryogenesis. In this talk\, I will give an overview of the s
tate of the art in the phenomenology of these processes\, with emphasis on
recent theoretical developments\, and the measurement prospects at the HL
 -LHC and proposed future colliders.\n \n \nJoin videoconference\n\nhttps
