This tutorial will cover how to convert EDM4eic ROOT files into the JSON file format VIRTUE accepts to be animated. We will also describe the JSON file format for data, detector geometry, and tours within VIRTUE for further customization. No VR equipment is required. The VIRTUE app executables, an example ROOT file, and Jupyter Notebook converter are all located at: https://github.com/SeanBP/VIRTUE A recording will follow shortly.
