Ernst presented a plan for tracking detectors https://indico.bnl.gov/event/31546/#2-svt-hadron-arm-disk-position.
He made some conclusion based on his fast-simulation study on how the disks should be moved in coordination with the outermost disk. Updated slides haven't been posted yet.
Matt's PR (https://github.com/eic/epic/pull/986) will be modified and confirmation checks with the full simulation will be performed.
Request for detector hit rates (i.e. RecHit rates) separated source by source. Can this be done at the analysis level using the RecHit -> SimHit -> MCParticle associations with the fully mixed files? Or do we have to run more background configurations with signal mixed with individual backgrounds instead of all at once?
