DESCRIPTION:Jets initiated by the hadronic decays of heavy particles\, suc
 h as the Higgs\, Z and W bosons\, can encode rich information about the St
 andard Model and possible new physics. However\, this information is hidde
 n inside complicated patterns of QCD radiation and hadronization. In this 
 talk\, I will discuss how energy correlators provide a simple and analytic
 ally controlled way to study jet substructure. The central idea is to comp
 ute energy correlators in the rest frame of a decaying heavy particle and 
 then map them to the boosted frame. As a concrete example\, I will present
  the two-point energy correlator for hadronic Higgs decays\, where the boo
 sted two-body decay appears as a characteristic angular peak and smaller-a
 ngle structures probe QCD effects such as the dead cone and confinement. I
  will then briefly discuss extensions of this framework to hadronic Z/W de
