ESB/Systems Testing Meeting

Minutes

  1. Announcements: Zisis went over the updated schedule sent yesterday by Yulia Furletova (EIC/JLab coordinator).
  2. Beam Test updates (logistics, communications, training, spaces):
    1. Maria showed a slide deck with all details and discussion ensued on training and especially ESC001 - electrical, and the personnel schedule/availability. EEL lab space was reviewed. Folks are encouraged to add their phone and email to the Google Sheet. 
    2. Logistics include a daily meeting from March 24-April 2 at 1pm EDT in person and via zoom.  Cubicles have been secured.  
    3. Martin reviewed the DAQ work with AstroPix taking most of the work at present.
  3. Baby BCAL Boards: Update: 
    1. Halen reported that heat flux measurements are continuing and is the design and optimization of the air funnels, to cool the boards.  Data will be sent to Wouter in the next few days.
  4. AOB:
    1. The first shipment of URegina equipment (20 SiPMs on mini boards for SFILs, MCX-LEMO cables, LGs, cookies) are awaiting customs clearance in Memphis  The second shipment (amp/sum boards, cables, fan conduits, etc) will be sent directly to JLab when ready. 
  5. Next meeting: March 24, joint Systems/ESB.
