Minutes

1. Announcements: The BIC beam test team is at JLab.
2. Beam Test updates (logistics, communications, training, spaces):
1. Maria and Zisis gave short updates on the progress, training, badging, walkthrough requirements. Andrew Lumanog is working on the ePAS and electrical safety.  We will inquire with Hall D whether we can crane the Baby BCAL and the support table on the Hall D upstream platform, on Friday.  This will allow the rest of the equipment to be installed and comics to be taken over the weekend.
2. Daily progress reports start today, at 1pm EDT in L210A at JLab and via zoom.
3. Baby BCAL Boards: Update: 
1. Halen reported that heat flux measurements continue.
4. AOB:
1. Regina Shipments are still stuck. 
5. Next meeting: March 31, joint Systems/ESB.
