Satoshi will collect Requirements:

Action items: one of the major items is the BTOF mechanic and readout/powerboard/hybrid integration, the proposal is to iterate on this with whatever initial mechanic design we have (options) at hand, and iterate.

beam test analyses ongoing; time delay fixed; 0.5ns delay;
position between strips is important for timing resolution;
