 uss the new derivation of the linear but non-homogeneous evolution equati
 ons for the cross sections of productions of n-cut Balitsky--Fadin--Kuraev
 --Lipatov (BFKL) Pomerons in the final states of high energy DIS on a nucl
 eus\, resumming all multiple rescatterings in the leading log approximatio
 n. These equations coincide with the equations that have been derived usin
 g the Abramovsky--Gribov--Kancheli (AGK) cutting rules but based on the di
 pole approach to QCD. We then find solutions of these evolution equations
  using the homotopy approach for the simplified\, leading twist BFKL kerne
 l. We also discuss the solutions of the equations in the regime $n\\\,\\gt
 rsim\\\,N(z)$\, where N(z) is the average multiplicity. \n\nhttps://indic
