  1. Announcements: 
    1. Maria: Beam test presentation at TIC meeting on June 8.
    2. Maria: ASANA tasks on BIC beam test analysis.
    3. Zisis: BIC beam test takedown in Hall D is happening today by Norbert.
    4. Maria: BIC Workshop talks need to be gathered.
    5. Shinhyung: Korean team working on their grant and will not come to the workshop.
  2. Beam Test updates at KEK
    1. Jeongsu presented the beam test at KEK.  A high-level presentation of this work will be given at the TIC meeting above (see uploaded slides to Indico).
  3. Beam Tests HGCROC analysis at Hall D/Jefferson Lab: 
    1. Akshaya showed plots regarding baseline studies of the waveforms from the Hall D beam test (see uploaded slides to Indico).
  4. AOB:
    1. None.
  5. Next meeting: June 9, joint Systems/ESB.
