• Key take-aways (from Derek's perspective)
  • Will have 3 initial event identification algorithms to support (Takuya, Dmitry, and Marco) and 1 initial event classification algorithm (Marco)
  • Critical to make sure we adhere to our design choices of strict separation of content vs. configuration and algorithmic vs. framework content
  • Extending tracking reco to include time not complicated, but not clear on calorimeter (or PID) side
  • Priorities for simulation include completing suite of advanced digitization algorithms, pursuing GenAI for background-mixed samples
  • Aiming to establish initial testing/validation dataset for event building. Will consist of many different background-mixed processes (w/ adjusted stats) in same source files

• Next steps
  • Finalize timeframe builder requirements document by end of August
  • Have testing/validation dataset prepared for 26.09.0 campaign
  • Implement minimum-viable product of Takuya's timeframe splitter by mid-September
  • Implement initial performance metrics as benchmark by mid-September

    • (2) If either no response in 5 business days or confirmation from author, maintainer will close PR
