      update on mechanics? 20m

      will we hear where we stand with some of the action items from the collaboration meeting.
      to finish the mechanical design we need
      1. what is the material budget tolerable from physics
      2. Is a 4pi coverage really needed from physics
      both of these are related to the stave layout around the barrel and such impact the mechanical design
      3. do we have a design of the service hybrid so we can input it to CAD and see we have a problem with the ToF envelop and again this impacts the mechanical design.
      Satoshi has pointed this out in a separate email chain.
      4. have me made progress on the sensor specification document so we all assume the same sizes and so on in the design

      For the cooling, I know Simone is doing studies over the summer, but here is the question is are their constrains from 1 on the cooling tubes which can be used and impact the
      thermal conductivity.

      I’m sure there are more action items, but these are the most critical ones to progress the mechanical design, which I understand everybody wants, but with out requirements this is very difficult to achieve.
