  1. Updates:
  2. Beam Test:
    1. Zisis reported that a storm caused a failure on the Hall D Beam test Central Helium Liquefier, resulting in termination of the beam two weeks earlier than planned, and thus stopping our beam test prematurely.
    2. Maria summarized the test which started 10 days ago.  Limited availability for access to the hall but the team took advantage of a few maintenance days in the beginning. Different flavours of summing board on SFILs were installed and also we ran on single SiPMs towards picking a promising configuration. Started with 8 summing boards on first four SFILs (one board was on route from Regina and was installed later). Struggles to see signals and understand which edge board and HGCROC boards were responding.  As of Thursday, full 10 SFILs fulling instrumented and read by HGCROC. We have 1-2 golden runs at this higher energy; SFILs were readout fully. Baby BCAL was read by CAEN on one side (GlueX electronics).  We did not manage to get Aram’s board to be readout.
  3. Electronics Consolidation:
    1. The planned meeting at NASA with all the engineers together (NASA, ORNL, OSU, Hungary) is now scheduled for November 3-5. Unconfirmed participants: Aram and OSU.
    2. Maria asked about the summing board design consolidation. Zisis replied that this is planned to start (with result comparisons) in a dedicated meeting, after the CERN beam tests.  The goal is to select a design by February 2027.
  4. Action Items:
    1. NASA meeting confirmation by OSU and Aram.
    2. Zisis to plan summing board meeting.
    3. Aram’s boards back to Regina or should they be shipped to ANL?
  5. AOB:
    1. None.
  6. Next meeting: Maria will announce later in the week whether we will have a Systems Testing biweekly meeting, or whether we will continue with the daily Hall D Beam Test meetings.
