DESCRIPTION:Recent measurements by ATLAS and CMS have observed an excess i
 n the ttbar production cross section near the production threshold\, poten
 tially signaling the formation of a ttbar bound state. This result has spa
 rked renewed theoretical interest in describing and simulating threshold t
 tbar production at colliders. After briefly reviewing the experimental sta
 tus\, I will discuss some of the current theoretical approaches\, focusing
