 son Lab)\, David Lawrence (Jefferson Lab)\n\nThe third EIC Echelon 0–1 W
 orkshop will be held at Brookhaven National Laboratory on Thursday\, Octob
 er 15\, 2026. This workshop will bring together DAQ and computing experts 
 engaged in the planning and development of the Echelon 0 and Echelon 1 sit
 es as well as members of EIC International Computing Organization for the 
 ePIC experiment at the upcoming Electron-Ion Collider.\nThe meeting will f
 ocus on status and plans\, with an emphasis on technical discussions of da
 ta transfer and latency\, data streaming and workflow  orchestration\, an
 d resource estimates and requirements. These discussions will also be rele
 vant to the Echelon 2 sites\, which form an integral part of the computing
  infrastructure for ePIC. \nThe workshop will be in person  in BNL Guest
 s\, Users and Visitors  Center (with the possibility to connect via Zoom 
 and participate in the discussion remotely). It will be open to the HENP c
